Tsukatsuki Rio

Tsukatsuki Rio is a former student council president of Millennium Science School. She serves as the main antagonist of the second volume of the story before later becoming a supporting character. Known for her cold and pragmatic demeanor, she is a complex character driven by a desire to protect her school and the city of Kivotos.
