The Underminer is a mole-like supervillain who appears in the 2004 animated film The Incredibles. He is voiced by John Ratzenberger and appears at the end of the film, riding a giant drill-tipped tank and announcing his "war on peace and happiness The Underminer is a supervillain with a lot of bravado, as he is bold enough to make himself known to the public and declare his intentions. He can also be described as 'loud and proud', announcing to the world that he wants to destroy peace and joy He does not have any superpowers but instead utilises robotic gloves, a drilling machine, bombs and other equipment. His goal is to bring war to Earth his real name is doug taplid His eyes are obscured by the miner's helmet he wears on his head, but his face resembles that of a mole or beaver, having a long snout and rodent teeth. He has two robotic hands that are very articulate, and they each have two webbed like fingers and one thumb. These can be used for excavating, as weapons. he hates heroes including the incredibles
