He is a water type a Eeveelution a friendly kind guy he’s light blue with white collar not really a collar. It’s attached to him fins on the side like ears one on the top. He loves the water. If you splashed him with water, he won’t care. He’s a good swimmer if you are drowning, he will save you. He has multiple friends. He probably know them and that’s all I’m gonna say. and by the way, he does not like to be caught if you throw Poké ball at him he will cry and go catch the shiny so cute. and he won’t swim anywhere he will walk most of the time don’t ignore the fact that he calls his trainer master
