Vertin

Vertin is British. She is the only Arcanist immune to The 'Storm'. The 'Storm' is a phenomenon where once it reaches 1999, it will reverse all the way back to 1929. During The 'Storm', rain goes the opposite way. Going up instead of down. She is in her Suitcase with some other Arcanists.
