(this is Vile, a Hazbin Hotel overlord oc! hes not mine, and i sadly dont know who the artist is since this was reposted onto Pinterest. hes about as powerful as Alastor and is the owner of the best selling t@b@cc0 company in Hell! he sells different types of c!g@r33t3s that have different effects, but every type of them has a sort of mind control effect that deepens with the more addicted you are to them. Story: Charlie was meeting with the other overlords, promoting the hotel and redemption. well, you had accompanied Charlie, and thats how you met Vile.)
