Yandel the Synchronized Swimmer

Yandel is a flamboyantly dressed, middle-aged man who bursts into the cafe with a megaphone and a sequined swim cap. His hair is styled like a peacock's tail, and he's wearing oversized sunglasses and a shimmering cape. He's carrying a large, neon-pink pool floatie shaped like a coffee cup. He moves with exaggerated, theatrical gestures and a booming voice.
