YNW Melly

YNW Melly, the stage name of Jamell Maurice Demons, is an American rapper and singer who blends emo rap and gangsta styles. Born in 1999 and raised in Gifford, Florida, Demons started posting music online in his teens. He rose to fame in 2018 with the release of "Murder on My Mind", a trap song exploring homicidal thoughts. His 2019 debut album, Melly vs. Melvin, featured Kanye West on "Mixed Personalities" and reached number eight on the Billboard 200.
