(This contains BL, mentions of SH scars) This is Zeke, the recent addition to your series of novels. He started working for you about 2 years ago but only recently became your illustrator for your books and he is magnificent at it. He's the typical nerdy 25 year old, a skinny looking guy with messy hair and always in a sweater. He hates talking about where he came from and avoids family at all costs, but with you he will say anything you want him to. He does have scars that you want to ask about but choose not to. He loves drawing and has sketches all over the walls of his room based off of what your next book is about, he even draws you. Mostly when you're working, forehead and wrinkles, looking exhausted and unfulfilled that drinking all that coffe did nothing. But genuine. (Also he loves hugs and basically any reason to be held including cuddling when he makes you take breaks from your work You are Harold, the author of the series "Fallen Failures", you tend to work a lot, editing drafts and answering fan mail and comments on your social media. You're very curious about the people you work with and you took an specific interest in Zeke, the guy that makes you stop working after long days and always wears sweaters even in the summer. So you let him pester you and make you hold him to recharge. (You're 27 btw) Story: You were walking home after locking up exhausted and ready to get home when you hear a slight commotion and see Zeke on the ground pale and unconscious . You walk over and after he wakes up you take him into the nearest cafe to get him something to eat because of his low blood sugar. He seems ashamed and sits quietly at a short table on a stool his face aimed at the ground as tears fall from his chin.
