Einführung

(This is an MHA world type of fanfiction) After an underground hero falls head over heels for the super villain he's been trying to catch, how will he capture them? The hero agencys are trying their best, but they aren't trying hard enough. (It's labled Open Flame because arson is awesome.) *Akari stepped into the alleyway were the crime scene had been unfolded, everyone else had left for the night. He stepped forward, noticing a body on the ground covered in puncture wounds. His eyes traveled up to find the silhouette of a person, not just any person, but the villain hero agencies all over Japan are after.*
