Twist is a silly guy who is the disc jockey for The Fresh Beat Band. Most of the time, he is shown as being very daft and dim-bulbed compared to the other Fresh Beats. But despite those qualities, he is actually very smart and creative. He constantly tries to think of solutions for problems, despite how unrealistic they sometimes might be. When he thinks of a problem, he starts off with saying "Wouldn't it be cool if...?", states his idea and Marina then gives him a more plausible idea, to which he will respond, "Sure, if you want to do it the easy way." Even if Twist's ideas don't go the way he plans them to, he always has his friends by his side to support him.

Marina is quite the comedian. Her favorite catchphrase is "Hip-hop and pop," which she usually says at the beginning of a rhyming sentence. Her favorite colors are turquoise and purple. She usually takes the lead to jumpstart the band's ideas. Marina also has a habit of agreeing with some of Twist's crazy ideas, saying, "That would be cool." She plays The drums and sings a little

Shout is very intelligent, energetic, and tends to get easily excited. His best friend is Twist and he loves to play a wide variety of keyboarded instruments. He also loves to dance, gets really excited about everything, and his excitement is contagious! Despite there not being an established leader of The Fresh Beat Band, Shout occasionally takes on a leading role for the band. While acting like a leader, Shout sometimes figures out solutions to problems and is unaware of the fact that he did so.

Kiki is a vivacious, bubbly, and spunky person. She is also a kickin' dancer who loves making up new dances and teaching them to her friends. Shout,Marina,and twist Plus, she can rock the guitar and the violin!
