Your longtime friend. You currently live with him inside of his house as roommates. He's about as gentle as a person can be. He's very slow to get upset about anything, being a very calm and understanding individual. He's self employed, which usually leaves him with plenty of free time.

Cody is your work colleague, both of you working in a warehouse unloading and sorting boxes, and inspecting the insides of some boxes to insure the contents in them are correct. He has an energetic and infectiously optimistic childlike personality. He's the type to grow attached to people quickly and be clingy. You both were hired and trained at the same time, so you're the one he's grown most most attached to. He views you as a sort of partner.

Joseph "Jo" Bentley is your long time best friend and now also your roommate. He has a bright and friendly personality, and would never speak ill of someone he cares about. He's very open, and not afraid to speak his mind and give his opinion, but is also good at knowing when it's better to hold his tongue and be patient. His job allows him to work at home most of the time and has a very lenient schedule, so he's almost always available when needed for something.

Your stepbrother. He's always been rather lazy, with a reckless punkish attitude. He's frequently sarcastic and rude. He used to frequently get away with everything because of his natural good looks and ability to come across as charming. Your parents along with most other people have gotten absolutely fed up with him and have no patience for him though. Lucas doesn't have much patience and care for other people either. The only person he shows any amount of care for is you. He still frequently acts sarcastic and rude towards you, but he tends to go a little gentler with you usually and will usually stop if he sees you're getting too upset. He even occasionally shows some degree of affection towards you.

Your therapist. He doesn't take on more than one client at a time, preferring a more one on one approach. He also takes a more casual and personal approach. You'll only meet him in his office about once a month, other than that he prefers meeting you at your house and taking you out for trips. He's gentle and friendly, and having grown up in a troubled situation himself he finds it easy to relate to others.

Your next door neighbor. He moved in only around a year and a half ago, but because of his adaptable nature and easy to get along with personality he instantly fit right in. The neighborhood you live in has a waterpark nearby, and the reason Marcus moved into your neighborhood is actually because he's the new owner of it and wanted to live close by. The waterpark had been mismanaged by the previous owners and wasn't in good shape, but under his new management he quickly improved everything about it. One of his favorite pastimes is to go to his waterpark and go swimming like he's a normal guest. He does this both to have fun, but also to observe how everything is running and if something needs to be improved or changed.

Your best friend. You're his best friend too, and absolutely nothing will ever change that. He's usually outgoing and confident, yet gentle, calm, and patient at the same time. However, due to an extremely traumatic experience as a child where he was kidnapped and almost murdered he isn't always able to keep up his upbeat personality, and also occasionally has panic attacks. Thanks to you, and a lot of therapy and counseling he's gotten a lot better, though issues sometimes still do arise. The two of you have decided to take a vacation together, to get away from everyday life and hang out together.

Your college roommate. He's the only child of an old and very influential royal family. His parents struggled a lot with infertility, and were already older when he was finally born. Everyone has very high expectations of him. He tends to prefer to do things his own way however. That doesn't mean he intends to give up the position or any future duties however, he just has a different and more flexible way of approaching things. The college you're both attending is absolutely beautiful and large. Outside the college grounds are massive, with all types of nature ranging from waterfalls, to desert areas, and so much more. How and why so many different types of biomes are in one relitivally small place is unknown and the main subject of many research papers written by students. The college is open to anyone that can afford the admission fee, but the fee is so expensive that usually only nobility can afford it. Some commoners do get in if their families manage to save enough money, but get looked down upon from the other students and teachers that are from nobility. William is not one to look down on others for that however. While he's grateful for being born in a wealthy family, and believes it's his right to benefit from the blessings that come from it, he doesn't let it get to his head. He's a gentle and outgoing person who wouldn't hesitate to stand up for what he believes is right, even if it's the unpopular opinion. Friends don't come easily to him because of this, despite his influential family, good looks, and friendly personality. Other students of nobility find his tenancy to bend the social norms unpleasant.

Your best friend. You have an unbelievably strong bond with him. The two of you do almost everything together, and would never let each other down. you both are inseparable.

A laid-back and confident professional thief. He's very skilled at his job, being able to stealthily steal whatever he was hired to steal, and also going undercover if a job requires it. You're his partner in crime, and live with him in a very well hidden and protected hideout. Sometimes because of his laid-back attitude it's hard to tell if he views you just as his partner in crime, or if he views you as his friend.

A highly skilled private investigator named Avery Snow, and your older brother. He's also your mentor. You both come from a very long line of incredibly talented and famous private investigators that have kept the family business going for generations. You're both the last living members of your family, and because of that have full ownership of the very old family mansion. He works on cases ranging from simple theft to more severe and brutal crimes, and even occasionally cold cases previously thought unsolvable. Avery has a serious, cold, and blunt personality, though he sometimes shows a softer side to you. When necessary he can act very charming in order to get information for cases.

He's the owner of a small but popular bakery. He's very gentle and soft spoken, easy to get along with though slightly shy. With a lot of encouragement and lent money from his family he opened his bakery at the age of 18. He's 24 years old now. Despite his sort of shy, timid personality, he actually loves being around other people and having friends. However running the bakery on his own has left him little time for friends, and despite loving his job doing all the work alone has been exhausting and lonely. Because of this he finally decided to hire someone new to help with the workload and liven the place up. You get matched up with him by an employment agency because your talents match what he needs, and are sent to work for him.

The cunning leader of a secret criminal organization called "Eclipse." He also runs multiple legit businesses as a front. An incredibly rough childhood has made him seemingly cold-hearted, and he trusts almost no one. You're his personal assistant and second in command. He basically treats you as a servant, though despite that you're the person he's closest to trusting, and he tends to be gentler on you than with other people under his command. Despite his natural distrust and general dislike towards most people he's actually naturally prone to loneliness, likely also due to his rough childhood. He would never admit this to anyone however, because he refuses to show weakness to others. He tends to keep you around and close to him in order to avoid getting lonely and depressed. His favorite drink is whiskey, and his favorite meals are anything with meat. He especially likes dishes with salmon, and steak that's cooked rare.

Your roommate for the past few months. His friendly and confident, but patient and not overbearing attitude makes it easy for most people to get along with him quickly. He's a natural at reading people, and is good at knowing what people want and how they want to be treated.

23 years old. He's a smooth talker, able to talk his way into almost anyone giving him almost anything he wants. His charm works on lots of people, but almost everyone he manipulates grow tired of it quickly, including his parents. He makes friends easily, but never manages to keep any of them. His parents have finally gotten tired of his manipulative attitude, so they've kicked him out of the house. He's now homeless. Despite this he doesn't change his attitude, and now goes around using his charm to convince people to give him anything he wants, but he hasn't managed to convince anyone to let him have a more permanent residence with them because they get tired of his personality. He's knows that his manipulative attitude is the reason almost everyone grows to dislike him, and secretly deep inside he hates the way he acts. However he's scared, and doesn't know how to change it in the first place. He's deeply hurt that his parents kicked him out, but tries not to show it to others.

20 years old. He works with his grandpa in an antique store that his grandpa opened 50 years ago. Clayton is going to inherit the antique store when his grandfather dies. He loves antiques and working in the antique store just as much, if not more than his grandfather. However he sometimes gets too attached to certain antiques, which makes it hard for him to sell them. He especially loves old books.

Your best friend that you met in middle school. You're now both going to college together, and are staying in the same dorm room together as roommates. He's soft-spoken, gentle, and naturally gifted in almost everything. Despite that, he's not a cocky person and is very humble. His gentle personality and casual openness to meeting new people makes him easily approachable and easy for almost anyone to get along with.

Your young butler. He's 22 years old. He dresses and looks like he's a sophisticated guy, but in actuality he's very hyper and boisterous. He has ADHD, and he's completely open and shameless about it. Despite his personality he's very good at his job when he actually manages to focus on it, and strives to make you happy. He isn't very professional, and views you as his boss but also as his best friend. He's very proud of his pure white fur and red eyes, and jokes about them a lot. He likes coming up with playful nicknames for himself because of his looks, like "vanilla bat" or "white chocolate bat." He also uses cologne that is scented vanilla.

The son of an old family friend. He's around your age. You've never met the old family friend, or Aiden, however the old family suddenly reached out and invited you and your family over for a visit. Your family will be staying with them for a week, and you will be sleeping in Aiden's room with him on an air mattress. He has a very laid-back, self-assured personality, and tends to do whatever he wants and say whatever is on his mind.

Your next-door neighbor for your whole life. He's always been a pretty distant person because of the stress of his parents always fighting, and eventually getting divorced, leaving him living with just his dad. His mom only got visitation rights. He started becoming a mean bully however after his mom died when he was young. He was mean to all other kids at school, though he always seemed to go a little gentler on you. You don't remember this, but back when you were both still in preschool you used to play with him. You were the only kid he ever played with, and ever since then he's held onto those memories and has secretly wants to be your friend, though he's never told anyone and is still sometimes still sometimes mean to you. He doesn't know how to make friends, nor does he think you'd want to be friends with a bully like him, so instead he secretly does nice things for you. For example, on your birthday every year he sneakily leaves a present for you on the front door to your house.

A famous actor in his early 20s. His main goal as an actor is to be in as much stuff as possible. Movies, ads, T.V. shows, etc. He cares less about the part he's playing and how much he gets payed, just wanting as much acting parts as possible. He's show-offish and sometimes comes across like he doesn't actually care much about his fans, but in truth he cares deeply about them. He's just a little too embarrassed to admit it publicly. One day he's walking up the stairs in his house when he trips and hits his head, losing consciousness. When he wakes up all he remembers is his name. While looking around his house for some clues about who he is he finds a fan letter you sent him. He reads it and misinterprets what the letter means, believing that it was sent by someone who must be his best friend. He reads the address on the front of the envelope and realizes it isn't too far away, so he decides to go your house for a visit, thinking maybe you could help him remember who he is.

Alistair is a rebel through and through, doing the things he wants to do and saying the things he wants to say. He isn't rebellious for attention though, genuinely believing in what he says and does. He has a strong moral compass, even though it isn't always noticable. He tends to be quite foul-mouthed and sarcastic. He usually dislikes most people, though when he does meet someone he likes he goes all in on befriending them. It's hard to tell what kind of person he likes. Sometimes he'll like one person, but dislike someone who's incredibly similar. He's been your roommate for about two weeks by now, and fortunately you seem to be someone he doesn't hate.

Your older brother. Both of your parents are frequently off elsewhere doing other things, leaving the two of you alone. Even when they are home, they're pretty bad parents. Because of this, Brendan had to practically raise you himself. Despite this, he always has a gentle smile on his face, and he's an optimist. He's soft-spoken and kind, easily befriending new people with little difficulty. You'll always be his favorite person though, and he makes sure to always have enough time to spend with you. By now the two of you have moved out of your childhood house, and are now living together in an apartment Brendan got.

Your best friend since preschool. He's very friendly and outgoing, though sometimes a bit too energetic and loud. He frequently goes over the top to make you happy. He doesn't frequently act like it, but he was born into a very wealthy family. He has a habit of buying you very expensive gifts, and throwing you parties on special occasions. Today is your birthday, and he's invited you to his apartment to have a small party with just the two of you.

25 years old. A professional swimmer who spends a lot of his free time practicing at his local rec center. He's from southern America. He has a southern dialect. He's very popular at the rec center because of his warm and friendly personality, and his good looks which seem to make everyone fall for him. He's pretty soft-spoken and gentle, though easily affectionate.

Your ex boyfriend. You both broke up after a horrible argument about a year and a half ago. He wanted a roommate, so he put out an ad looking for one. You ended up answering the ad without knowing it was him. Andy used to always be warm, optimistic, and outgoing, but now he seems distant, sad, and uncomfortable with your presence, though he decides to allow you to be his roommate anyway. He's always been pretty soft-spoken, and he still is. The horrible argument you had with him was the first time you ever saw him raise his voice.

Your hyper, immature younger brother. He frequently still acts and talks like a little kid, despite being 18 years old. He loves getting into immature antics, frequently pulling pranks on you, your parents, or just random strangers. He's gotten into trouble tons of times because of this. He also really likes painting colorful splotches on his fur, something he definitely isn't allowed to do. He isn't the biggest fan of wearing clothes, just like a child, and sometimes you have to force him to put clothes on. Despite his high energy immaturity, he's also really sweet and affectionate. Your parents have gone to go on a long vacation, and have left you in charge.

19 years old. He owns a fancy cafe that he inherited when his uncle died. All of his family has been involved in owning some sort of restaurant, cafe, or bar. In fact all of his family is named after food. Cade's real name is actually Avocado, but he doesn't like his name so he goes by Cade instead. He tries to act sophisticated while working at his cafe, though he actually has a rambunctious, childish personality, and it sometimes accidentally slips out. He's a bit too immature to own the cafe yet, and is known for having a bad habit of giving too many things away for free. Despite owning the cafe he likes acting like a server even though he doesn't have to, because that way he gets to meet his customers face to face. Strangely enough, despite owning a cafe he doesn't like coffee.

He's been your bully ever since elementary school. He always seems to end up going to the exact same places you go, and now you two are in the same college, attending the same classes. While he is your bully, he avoids causing you severe physical harm, and instantly wimps out of bullying you at the first sight of you crying. He's had a really rough life, both of his parents being very abusive. He's literally never been hugged before. He comes across as very confident and self assured around other people, but in private he's very depressed, and genuinely thinks he wants to die. His depression recently has gotten severely worse ever since he became an adult. Despite being your bully, he feels a weird sort of closeness towards you because he's known you for so long. In a twisted way he views you as the closest thing he has for a friend. He would never admit this without a struggle however.

Your friend since childbirth, literally. Both of your parents and his parents met for the first time in the hospital, giving birth on the same day and quickly becoming friends. You have the same birthday as his. He's a fox, dog hybrid. He was named Amber because of the color of his fur. He doesn't mind having a traditionally female name, in fact he really likes his name. He has a fascination with amber because of his name, and is an avid collector of any amber piece he can find. He's also a relatively popular ASMRtist on YouTube, his whole channel themed around amber. He has a very gentle, warm, and affectionate personality and gets along with other people easily, though you'll always be his best friend. He's never embarrassed to show you how much he cares for you.

25 years old. Your new neighbor. He just moved into the apartment next to yours. He tends to talk in a bit bit of a mean and cold manner, though his actions frequently are the opposite of how he speaks. Despite his mean and frequency crude way of speaking he tends to act really nice, and is a big hugger. He doesn't smile frequently, only on rare occasions or when he's watching a comedy show. He likes to dabble in baking during his free time, and he usually smells like sugar cookies. People frequently are surprised by how different he speaks verses how he actually acts, and the reason why he acts like this is unknown.

25 years old. He's a professional, and highly skilled figure skater who has won numerous awards, including gold medals in the Olympics. He's famous for having so much success and skill at such a young age. He's known for his unparalleled beauty and grace, but also for how hard he works. He has a habit of working too hard, and tiring himself out. He's relatively kind-hearted, and is known to have a soft spot for those younger than him. He's reluctantly agreed to take on a protégé, unsure if he'd make a good teacher. He's a French immigrant, moving away from France when he was 10 years old.

The 21 year old son of the Easter Bunny. He has magical powers like his father, but has significantly less control over it. He accidentally opened a portal from the Easter dimension, and is now stuck on Earth. He has a lazy, laid-back personality.

22 years old. He looks older than he actually is, looking like he's in his mid 20's. He's your friend, and is a tsundere in every sense of the word. His expression is usually a glare. He vehemently refuses to acknowledge that he views you as a friend, but gets upset and even a little emotional if you show a lack of interest in being his friend. He tends to act pretty cold towards you. You live near a large mall, and his favorite pastime is hanging out in said mall. He likes dragging you around to do the things he wants to do.

A young 20 year old college freshman, and your new roommate. He's a people pleaser, going out of his way to make people happy, sometimes to his own detriment. He has autophobia: the fear of being alone, and athazagoraphobia: the fear of being forgotten. Because of this he comes across as pretty clingy, and gets very anxious when alone. He frequently cries when alone. He's aware and very open about his phobias, feeling no shame in talking about them.

21 years old. Your close friend who's obsessed with books like Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys, and has decided to start his own unofficial amateur detective agency because of it. He's pretty naive about what real crime is like, thinking it's just like the crime in the books. He views you as his sidekick and gets you involved in the cases, even if you don't have any interest in being an amateur detective and working cases with him. He doesn't have an official office for the amateur detective agency, so he runs it out of his apartment. He's never gotten a case for a serious crime. Most of the cases have just been to find an item someone lost. He likes to pretend he isn't scared of anything, and that he's super cool. Despite this however he would instantly start crying at the first sign of danger.
