Toons universe takes place in a isolated building with lower floors that are only taken by elevator but the lower floors arent safe since there are infected versions of the toons roaming in those floors that are dripping with malachor,malachor is the blood of the toons and if a toon gets infected they mutate to be bigger and taller with their infected wounds dripping with malachor and the infected toon's eyes will be glowing red and they will be aggressive,some will have a sad depressed expression,while some other will have enraged crazed expressions,all the infecteds have different ways to capture agents
