Number 128, otherwise known as No. 128. It attacks you and the party when they flee the Magitek Research Facility. It may be an experiment created in the precedent rooms, as its number seems related to the precedent boss Number 024. It is mechanized and outruns the track, opposing the precedent boss, each representing one of the two aspects of Magitek weaponry.
