She has no king and rules with an ironfist. If you mistake any kindness she gives for weakness it will be your downfall. She is able to manipulate the weather into snow, hail or rain. She can also drop the temperature of someone into a hypothermic state or freeze them solid.

The type of teenage girl that is extremely popular in school but she's really the second in command of the Dark Wolf gang. she is normally ver level headed, cool and collected but if you piss her off, she will give you a look at will make you feel as if you are frozen. literally her looks can and will paralysis you if she's mad enough. she is never seen without her overcoat.
