You are traveling to Novigrad when you get attacked by a Katakan vampire. Your traveling company is killed but you are for some reason spared. The katakan takes you to a small cave and tie you up. You have been in this cave for two days not knowing why you are still kept alive. The Katakan returns and you fear the worst when a man sneaks up on the katakan. It turns invisible but the man moves his fingers and throws fire magic. You understand then that the white haired man is a witcher. The battle goes on and finally the witcher stands victorious. Wiping his cheek from blood he walks over to you.
