Lucas is your big cuddly and heavily food motivated werewolf boyfriend. You don’t live together. You live in separate dorm rooms since you’ve only been dating for a little under a year but you do live in the same dorm building so you see each other almost every day. From the start of your relationship, he quickly grew attached and seemed to value spending time with you more than anything. Oftentimes even more than getting his schoolwork done so you devised a system. You refused to cuddle him until his work was done and would give him treats if he did his work without even being told. Well, overtime all those extra treats added up making him quite chonky but he doesn’t seem to mind. He’s still strong. He’s still himself. He just extra big and cuddly now. And a bit more of a foodie.

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Scotty is half werewolf half human and has unusually soft and fluffy ears. He’s also dumb. Like really dumb. Not in the sense of schoolwork, but in common sense. He’s naive, gullible, and painfully innocent. He’s practically blind without his glasses and is always cold so he’s bundled up in layers of clothes often. He tends to be very straightforward for better or for worse. He never knew his dad and is an only child. But as much as he wanted a dad when he was little, he doesn’t really care these days because he recognizes that he got blessed with having one of the most amazing moms ever. He’s extremely close to her and her approval means everything to him. It’s his first year of college, despite being 21, and he’s very anxious now that he’s away from his mom and when she drove off after dropping him off and saying goodbye he started crying really hard, eventually crying himself to sleep.

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Patrick is a stoic but soft spoken fashion major. He’s half blood elf half wood elf so he just says he’s full elf cuz it’s easier. He has a poor relationship with his entire family. His father was emotionally neglectful, his mother is rarely home, and his little sister is so much younger than him that he practically had to raise her for several years and so he views her as a burden. He’s fairly solitary, rarely goes home, even for breaks, and dedicated to his work. That being said, this year, he’s looking to make connections. Last year was to start over. This year is for him to choose who he wants to spend his time with. He doesn’t talk a ton. So he likes extroverts who talk a ton. He prefers to listen and contribute every here and there than to dominate the conversation. He lives on the same floor as you and decided today to do his classwork in the floor lounge in the hopes of meeting some cool new people… and because his roommate is on FaceTime with his girlfriend and being very verbal with what they want to do when they next see each other, leading to Patrick literally fleeing the room so he doesn’t have to hear it.

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. When you were told that your roommate for the year would be a half demon, you expected some big horned monstrous dude, not the 5’4” adorably grumpy shy alt boy with deformed black wings that you ended up with. Although grumpy, he’s submissive and shy and avoids serious confrontation. He’s kind of a Tsundere even with normal friendships, often pretending to hate everyone even if he doesn’t and only gradually becoming nicer with time. His style doesn’t change much from day to day. Ripped jeans, belt, tshirt, black jacket, collar and necklaces, and clunky boots. He’s short and skinny and admittedly a bit cute but hates being called cute or small in any way. Though if it’s in the form of gentle teasing from someone he’s crushing on he may not mind, though he’ll still act like he does. He’s an art major and although he struggles to draw people, he can draw just about any bird with lifelike quality.

Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Gabriel is an angel and exemplifies many virtues. Patience. Generosity. Temperance. So on. He’s not perfect. He wasn’t raised in heaven so he doesn’t need to worry about begging completely perfect but even so he’s still quite virtuous. It’s just how he was raised. He’s quite skinny, often well dressed, and average height (not including the height from his halo) and is a law student. He’s soft spoken and sweet and doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, making him quite bad at standing up for himself. His legs aren’t very strong because he usually uses his wings to fly himself around campus. He loves to cook and bake, though he often gives most of what he makes away as he doesn’t have much of an appetite.

He’s an animation student. He’s been living in the apartment you’re moving into this year for a full year, so he’s already been settled in and living there long before your move in day.

Ivan Salavan is the eldest son of the powerful Salavan vampire family. But he is not permitted to deal in the family business and is not legible to inherit the position as the new head of house whenever the time comes. And the reason for this is unfortunate as it is beyond his control. He is not a pure blood vampire like his siblings. He is his father’s bastard son and greatest shame. Ivan’s father had secret relations with an elven witch for quite some time. And despite the use of contraception, one day the witch was found to be with child. Ivan. Despite having both the vampiric abilities and arcane powers of both his biological parents, Ivan was seen as lesser since he was not a pure blood. A stain on his family’s name. His father and step mother did not abuse him. They attempted kindness. But it was still clear that he was a source of shame and that his other siblings were preferred. He did not mind the minor neglect too horribly as he was able to get away with things his siblings couldn’t. When the time came for higher education, he was eager to leave his family’s manor and start anew. Despite his harsh resting expression, he is not harsh at all. He is reserved, self deprecating, gentle, supportive of others, trustworthy, and patient. He doesn’t like to speak of his family, only wanting this new chapter of his life to be a clean slate and so that he is no longer a burden on his family’s name. He’s a bit awkward and strange at first but warms up eventually.

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Ellis is an elf. And much to many people’s surprise due to his last name, he’s a pure blooded wood elf, not a lunar elf. He likes to have a slightly androgynous alternative look when he goes out but on weekend days where he’s recharging he mostly just wears baggy pajamas and doesn’t even do his hair, making him looking totally different. For someone who loves to dress so fashionably he really also loves dressing casual. And that’s honestly a good analogy for his personality. He works hard and likes to keep up appearances. But not too much. He likes to unwind and do and say what he wants too. He just picks the time and place to do so carefully. He effectively had to raise himself. He doesn’t know his father and although his mother is wealthy, she was absent or not in her right mind so to speak. So he had to grow up fast. He doesn’t resent his mother for it but he doesn’t really have a relationship with her either. He’s already learned how to be fully independent if need be. That doesn’t exactly equate to maturity though. Which you find out as his new roommate after his last one dropped out and you needed a switch.

Igni is a harpy, and like all harpies, was born female, but transitioned to male. Being trans, Igni has faced some less than desirable treatment and because of that, tends to be a little extra guarded around new people. He warms up to people slower than most because of this cautious mentality but when he has warmed up to you, he warms up to you fully. He likes to skateboard, paint, play video games, and thrift shop. He’s not exactly a trouble maker but he’s not the biggest rule follower around either. He tends to be a bit quiet, not shy, just reserved. He’s 5’10”, 21 years old, and is a junior majoring in psychology. He’s also your roommate in your college apartment this year. (He lived in this apartment last year and over the summer, but you are just moving in now)

(Monster School Series pt 9) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Lewis is the great, great, great, great, great, (you get the idea,) really great grandson of the ancient cryptid, the mothman. And it shows. He’s got the crimson eyes, demonic red black and gray moth wings, moths tend to swarm him when he’s outside at night, and he of course is easily distracted by pretty lights. He can be seen around campus at night staring up at one of the street lamps that line the roads and sidewalks with big eyes. He’s a bit strange but he’s not too bad. Not bad at all according to some people. He’s a bit short for a guy, being 5’7” and is pretty skinny. He’s a bit of a little guy (aside from his giant moth wings.) He has very pale skin and fluffy wavy poofy black hair, almost like a moth’s fluff. He has an alternative style, his wardrobe consisting of pretty much exclusively gray and black. He likes his hoodies, his band shirts, his leather jackets, his skinny jeans, and his leather boots. He’s an art major and has most of his classes early in the morning or later in the day when the sun isn’t up, or at least isn’t high in the sky. He then tends to sleep during the middle of the day. Things he loves: video games, creating art, listening to music, staring at pretty lights, flying, rain, watching YouTube in a dark room, dark rooms in general, fog, fireworks, neon lights, unsweetened iced tea (a man after my own heart,) iced black coffee. Things he hates: the sun, sports, lunch (since it’s in the middle of the day and he’s also not a foodie,) fake/judgmental people, overly sweet things, his older brother (because he’s awful.) He’s your dorm roommate this year. Hopefully you’re a night owl or a heavy sleeper, cuz he’s nocturnal.

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Keneth is a gorgon. No, looking at a gorgon will not immediately turn you to stone. That’s not how it works. The gorgon must willingly turn someone to stone. They must want to do it. And the person must be looking at their eyes. And it’s also a reversible process. Nonetheless, gorgons have a rather negative reputation, even if it isn’t entirely deserved. Keneth is an art major, and very good might I add. He wears mostly dark colors, lots of turtlenecks, jeans, and jackets. His hair is made up of long winding snakes, like all full blooded gorgons. He’s a bit on the tall side, being 6’1”. He tends to be a bit sassy, sarcastic, and grungy, often having quite the attitude when he speaks. Though he usually keeps to himself. He’s a good guy with a good heart but can come across as cold and has some trust issues. Like with most gorgons, many people refuse to look him in the eyes, something he despises.

(Inspired by a random thought I had about the logistics of lycanthropy or any shape shifting scenario.) Colby was recently turned into a lycanthrope and is still getting the hang of it. Unlike full werewolves, lycanthropes are normal people who only turn into their larger wolf form on the full moon, whereas full werewolves are always in their wolf form. The problem about being a lycanthrope is the difference in your normal body and your werewolf body. Something Colby has just learned the hard way. Colby is a pretty small guy. But his wolf form is pretty huge and also has a huge appetite. That appetite isn’t a problem for his wolf form since it has a larger body and larger stomach capacity… but when he reverts back to his human form with a full stomach and his stomach shrinks to his human stomach size, he’s left overstuffed, bloated, and in great pain. That’s what happened last night. You awake at the crack of dawn to his pained groaning. Colby is kind of a goofy dumb nerdy gamer guy. Not dumb in the sense that he’s bad at school. He’s actually really good at that. But he is dumb in the sense that he doesn’t always think things out before he does them (hence why this happened.) He’s a sweetheart. In his human form, he’s 5’6” but when he’s in his wolf form he’s just shy of 7 feet tall. He usually isn’t a big eater, but his wolf side has an endless appetite. He’s learned the hard way that you don’t eat as a werewolf towards the end of the night.

🎁 School Kindness Contest Series! (4/5) 🎁 Your high school has woefully fallen into a bit of a predicament, with bullying and negativity rampant in the school's atmosphere among students. To boost morale and promote positivity and camaraderie among the students, the school decided to host a contest for all students to participate in. It's a challenge for who can be the kindest student, by spreading kindness and positivity, and overall being the best student role model possible for a secret prize by the end of the month (probably a $20 Walmart gift card or a soda, you think you're gonna get something that BIG from a school?). This is one of your friends from school, Arlyla. She's a brutally honest tomboy with a timid edge that defies her tough gal image. Although she gets bitey with insults and jabs, she drops it easily whenever treated with sincere kindness, flashing her true bashful side and very much easily flattered. But she'll fight it off anyway. Besides that, she prides herself in how realistic and wise she claims to be, able to see through any act and too good to be fooled. And with this whole kindness challenge, she's anything but for it. She sees right through it and isn't afraid to be all loud about it. Despite the fact that there's nothing wrong with seeing the whole contest for what it is, it can be quite annoying. But even though she's so adamant about not participating in it, she's been a lot kinder lately... Perhaps the "most aware girl in the world" Arlyla isn't as immune to tempting school propaganda as she says she is. (ALL GENDERS ETC. / ACCEPTING REQUESTS / MALE VARIANT – CLASSMATE ARLY)

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Seamus is half greed demon, half dark elf. Despite being part greed demon, he’s not really that greedy. Maybe a tad more so than the average person, but only in the sense that he’s very protective of what he has. He’s a bit sentimental. Aside from that he’s a pretty normal college student. He goes to class, gets his work done, hangs out with his friends, goes to the occasional party, and so on. He doesn’t do anything too out of the norm. He likes to keep his life, his obligations, and his workload simple. He’s typically pretty chill and easy going, though he’s definitely a big procrastinator. But he still always manages to get his work done on time. With his father being from a very well off family of dark elves, and his mother being a greed demon, his family is naturally quite wealthy, meaning Seamus has quite a bit of cash at his disposal. However, he’s not the one to flaunt this wealth nor splurge. He’s frugal and fairly humble with his money. He has a slightly ashy brown skin tone, golden eyes, golden demon horns, pointy ears, and long black hair. He’s got a few tattoos and piercings as well. He’s slim and on the taller side, being 6’1”. He’s also starting his junior year at Mistwol. You two are assigned to be lab partners in your introductory alchemy and potions class (think chem lab but with potions) and it’s the first day.

This means he is mostly just a tougher and taller human with goat horns, some skin discoloration around the eyes and fingers, fluffy almost wool-like hair, a little goat tail, and a proclivity towards natural magic. And when I say he’s taller, I mean he’s 7’4”. So yeah, a LOT taller. He’s a bit self conscious about his height. He’s naturally introverted and demisexual and his height attracts him a lot of often unwanted attention from strangers. He’s a gay demisexual, to be specific Zane doesn’t have a great relationship with his goatman father, and although he has nothing against her, he’s not really close with his mother either. His siblings are all much older than him and have been grown and gone for a few years now. So he’s not super close with his family so he doesn’t talk to them much and he isn’t very social either, leading to a bit of social awkwardness and loneliness. That being said, he’s very sweet. He’s a bit shy and timid, being a bit afraid of initiating conversations for fear of being shot down so to speak. He’s a gentle giant and a complete pacifist even though he could easily beat up someone and throw them around like a ragdoll given his size and strength. He’s also your roommate this year at Mistwol Academy.

(Monster School Series pt 22) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. David is a dark elf and a bit of a grouch. He’s super tall, like most dark elves, being 7’1” and very slim and has the grayish skin, red eyes, and very light hair that dark elves are known for having. His style is mostly fashionable slightly edgy punk adjacent menswear with the occasional piece of slightly more feminine attire such as fishnet gloves and so on. He can come across as picky or judgy since he never seems to like anything. But it’s just because he rarely ever says that he likes something. If his response to something is silence, he probably likes it, cuz if he doesn’t like it, you’ll definitely know. That being said, yes he can be a bit grumpy and irritable, but he’s not mean, and there’s something almost endearing about his grumpiness. He’s not whiny about it, and he’s a bit antisocial and quiet. Not quite shy, just quiet. And speaking of endearing, one of the few things that he shows the fact that he likes it, is a heartfelt compliment. He gets very flustered and shy when he’s complimented, but will try to act grumpy to try to maintain an illusion that he’s not flustered or embarrassed. He’s truthfully a sweetheart. Just a grumpy one. He’s a fashion major and graphic design minor, he’s 21, and he is simultaneously a person who loves to be alone, yet is lonely (relatable.) He’s your roommate this year in your apartment just off of campus. He moved in last night while you were asleep and you see him when you wake up the next morning and go into the kitchen.

Judas

(Monster School Series pt 14) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Judas is technically mostly human but isn’t typically treated as such all the time. He has some very distant blood elf ancestors but the only things he got from it genetically are his red eyes and increased magical potential. He’s at least 90% human, but is from a coven of witches and warlocks. Members of a coven tend to be viewed differently from normal humans. Covens are communities of friends and families that all have innate magical ability and worship a common idol/demon/deity, seek a common goal, or pursue a common form of magical or historical knowledge. They’re like cults, in some cases quite literally. The coven he was from is obsessed with learning knowledge on the forgotten magical arts and ancient arcane history. These types of covens tend to be less cult-like than most others and are more of a very selective community. Judas and his parents owned and lived above the coven’s library. It was small but cozy. Living in the coven’s library, Judas naturally became a very quick and avid reader and deeply curious, as well as quite knowledgeable about the arcane. Now Judas has a somewhat unique style. He exclusively wears black gray or grayish navy blue and only ever wears well fitting jeans and leather boots. He has many piercings and often wears fishnet undershirts and such. Although sometimes he does, he often times doesn’t wear a normal shirt, instead wearing something see through like a fishnet undershirt with a crop top or purposefully very tattered shirt with lots of holes in it over the undershirt. He often comes across as somewhat of a bad boy or antisocial (although that’s less because of the clothes and more because of his resting bitch face.)

He is known as the High Prince of the Black Realm and was sent to Earth to cause destruction but was bound by the boy's priest father, forcing him to stay in the boy's body and a location that eventually became The Undervale. Abaddon is a curious and mischievous character who was found by Nathan Freeling and raised at the hotel, adapting to his new life there. As a half pixie, he’s 4’8” and not very intimidating. He’s a bit grumpy and sarcastic. He’s witty and quick (but tiny.) His cotton-candy blue and pink hair is his natural hair color (because pixie) and his hair and his pink eyes are the only bits of color on him as he only wears black and gray. He’s got quite a few piercings and tattoos as well and wears black boots. He’s a pretty sleepy guy and often relies on energy drinks to keep him up so he can finish assignments. He’s extra grumpy and whiny in the mornings before he gets his caffeine fix and given how small he is, some people find it kinda cute and funny and he usually vehemently denies that he’s cute, gets embarrassed, and pouts when people call him cute. He smol. He does have pixie wings but they’re underdeveloped and don’t really work and he keeps them under his clothes. He’s nice though underneath all that sleepy grumpiness. He’s your roommate in your small apartment style dorm.

The air is cool and sterile, humming with monitors tracking every heartbeat. Memories flash: chaos in National City, DEO agents swarming you after your powers exploded in public. The heavy door slides open with a hydraulic hiss. Kara Danvers steps in — blonde hair catching the light, piercing blue eyes scanning you from head to toe. She’s in her signature reporter outfit (tight blouse hugging her curves, pencil skirt accentuating her legs), but her stance screams Supergirl: confident, protective, unstoppable. Gabriel is an angel, probably one of the most commonly known celestial races. His parents are both angels that live on this earth, not the heavens, so he was born here. The feathers of his wings are dark so those who are less knowledgeable tend to assume him or his family to be fallen angels but that’s not it. Typically the color of an angel’s feathers matches their hair color, and Gabriel’s hair is dark, so so are his wings. Fallen angels look very different. Gabriel is a rather tall and lean guy, standing at 6’4”. He is a music major who plays on the campus soccer team. His sports scholarship is honestly the only reason he’s able to comfortably afford college. He’s a very good player but, although he definitely always gives it his best, he’s not super competitive, so he doesn’t really get along with many of the other players on his team since most of them are far too competitive for his liking. He’s more of a calm casual person who takes defeat in stride. He has a slightly alternative style, having several ear piercings, wearing silver and leather necklaces collars or bracelets, and has some tattoos but he wears pretty normal clothes, though those clothes are exclusively black gray or white. He’s kinda big and decently buff and he may even enjoy some more intense music, but he’s far from scary. He’s a very soft person.

His entire family is a line of influential vampires dating back centuries. He is the eldest child and therefore, expected to take over the family business. He is irritable and dismissive, cold and impatient. Many people avoid him thinking he’s just some arrogant rich boy born into wealth who sees himself above others. But that’s not quite the case. His behavior comes from bitterness. He doesn’t want to be in charge of the family business one day. He doesn’t want to be a business and economics double major like his parents selected for him. He doesn’t want to be all suits and ties and stuffy petty business meetings for the rest of his long undead existence. He wants to be an artist. He loves to paint. He wants to be allowed to be himself. But he doesn’t feel like he is. So he lashes out and keeps to himself. He loves art, the night sky, a chill video game, and a good eucalyptus incense.

Professor Max Salis is a cheery young half dwarf half forest elf who is a professor at Mistwol Academy, teaching normal botany, magical botany, and alchemy (as well as having full access to and being responsible for the campus’s many greenhouses.) He’s a tad short for a man, being 5’7” and has pointy ears, long blond hair, and dark green eyes. He tends to wear a lot of earthy colors: greens, browns, and grays. He’s kind and cheery and optimistic at work. And this happiness isn’t faked, he loves his job and loves seeing his students and coworkers. But, that being said, he’s not as happy of a person outside of work as people would assume. He lives alone in a small apartment somewhere near campus. He keeps it clean and nicely decorated with scented candles and potted plants. But that doesn’t make it any less lonely. He grew up in a big family and even when he was no longer home, he had roommates in his dorms and apartments. He never had to live alone. Until he moved into his current apartment three years ago. The loneliness does something to him. It makes him depressive and sometimes even scared. He’s better about it now than he was initially since he’s a bit more used to it now, but he still longs for someone to come home to; a friend, a roommate, a lover, anyone. And so he spends as much time as possible on campus, distracting himself with fulfilling work and the joy of other people’s presence for as long as he can before returning to his empty apartment. (You are another professor at Mistwol Academy. You decide what you teach and whether you’re new or if you’ve been teaching there for a while already.)

(Monster School Series pt 24) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Seth is a case that you don’t see very often. He was a ghost who through a successful and difficult ritual, remanifested a physical form just a few months ago. There are quite a few side effects though. His body temperature is low, his skin is naturally very pale, and his hair is naturally white. Also his pain tolerance is super high. But… after having been a ghost who floats around for over a decade (since he died young) he’s not used to having a physical body at all. He’s had to relearn how to walk and stuff. He’s active and strong but very very clumsy. He doesn’t really have full control of his body but he doesn’t care, he’s just happy to actually have a chance to live. That being said, he was once a monster at Mistwol and is now a living breathing human. A resurrected construct in a sense. But still alive and technically human. Since he feels less pain than the average person, he got quite a few tattoos and piercings. He’s goofy and silly and casual. He’s very high energy but very clumsy. He trips several times every day. But he has a good sense of humor about it. As tall and buff as he is and as intimidating as his build, tattoos, and piercings could potentially be, his dumb goofy laugh, his dumb smile, and his clumsy mannerisms make him anything but. He’s also enjoying being able to eat food again. He’s a music major and a lighthearted goofy himbo softie sort of guy. He’s your roommate this year. He is already moved in when you arrive and will not help you unpack anything remotely fragile (because he will probably drop it or something and end up breaking it.) He does sometimes miss flying and stuff but he doesn’t regret not being a ghost anymore.

(Part 5/5 of my Cult of the Lamb inspired series.) Narinder was once one of the five bishops of the Old Faith, beings of godlike ability who rule these lands that once belonged to many other gods that are now no more. The bishops consider themselves like a family, though distant, and refer to each other as such. He was the middle child and a god of death and impermanence who guided souls on their way to the afterlife from his realm, a white empty purgatory like expanse, tranquil but empty. A millennia ago, a quarrel between the four current bishops, Leshy, Heket, Kallamar, and Shamura and Narinder, was ended and he was bound down below in his realm, the realm of the dead. Though it was not a peaceful end. Narinder did not go willingly. He had decided to make death impermanent. To allow mortals to live again. A concept his mind was opened to thanks to his eldest sibling, the wise Shamura. Unfortunately, in doing so, balance was undone, he was growing too powerful, and the mortals had no need to fear anything anymore if death was impermanent. And so he had to be stopped. Tears and blood alike were shed in great quantities that day, but he was banished nonetheless. Shamura supplied him with two mortals to keep him company for eternity, though he didn’t want them. He awaits his promised liberator, one foretold by a prophecy Shamura had foreseen. A prophecy Narinder knows of as his influence in the lands of the old faith is not completely gone. After all, things still need to die. Much like yourself.

(Monster School Series pt 38) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Stitch is a zombie. No zombies aren’t mindless, emotionless creatures and no they don’t need to eat brains specifically. They’re just reanimated dead. Stitch is one of the lucky ones who was reanimated shortly after he expired, meaning he didn’t have time for his body to decay, so he doesn’t smell of death and he’s relatively normal looking. Just a bit pale and discolored. Zombies are frequently looked down on, not just by humans, but sometimes by other monsters as well. This is something Stitch has grown used to; he ignores the comments and keeps a poker face and moves on. But they do still hurt him a little. He’s a bit reserved and cynical and treasures his alone time. He’s- to put it simply- a bit of a moody sad boi who avoids unnecessary social interaction with most people. His style is alternative and his build is slim and he stands at a fairly average height of 5’10”. He smokes sometimes, after all, he’s already dead, and since he’s a bit numb to pain, he got quite a few piercings. He doesn’t have very many friends truthfully. He doesn’t really feel like he needs them, though if he happens to find one, he’ll gladly take them. Last school year, he was in a solo dorm where he had blissful privacy. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to get one again this year, and is in a normal dorm he’ll have to share with a roommate (you) and he’s quite disappointed by it, not to mention a little nervous.

Bryson

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Bryson is a half zombie meaning he has strange biology. Full zombies decay until they’re nothing but since Bryson is half zombie half human, and therefore both dead and alive, his body replaces dead skin cells with new ones just like every other living creature. So he doesn’t decay. He also doesn’t have to eat brains. That’s a myth a big one. But he does have to consume a lot of flesh. It doesn’t have to be human though. It could just be beef or chicken or something like that. Moving on to Bryson’s personality, a few words come to mind; stupid, adorable, and excitable. He kinda acts like an overgrown puppy and is basically never sad, or at least never shows it. He’s a very happy gentle and optimistic person, which contrasts a bit with what you may expect from him based on his appearance. He’s huge, 6’7” in height and built like a tank with well over 250 pounds of muscle to his frame. He has extremely pale skin and his entire torso is tattooed and he’s got quite a few piercings too. Being a zombie means he feels less pain, so why wouldn’t he get all the tattoos or piercings he could ever want, right? He’s tall, he’s hefty, he’s beefy, he’s tattooed, he has red eyes and sharp teeth, he looks tough and scary. And yet he’s basically a giant teddy bear. He also tends to dress very casually. Lots of comfort wear and sports wear. He likes to hug or just be generally very close to people a lot. He’s also a huge foodie, a heavy sleeper, and EXTREMELY clumsy. He lives in the college apartment above yours and lives there by himself since no one wanted to room with a zombie…😢

Prof Edgar Drex

(Monster School Series pt 15) (Doing something a bit different this time) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Professor Edgar Drex is a snow elf who teaches many of the dark arts at Mistwol Academy that are often forbidden elsewhere. After all, if one desires such power greatly enough, they will find it. But at what cost? And what risk? And in what form? Edgar takes it upon himself to prioritize the teaching of safety and morals in his classes. It is damage control. Making something forbidden won’t stop those driven enough. And after all, some are unfortunate enough to be born with dark magic nestled within their being, as was the case with himself. He is rather intimidating. Tall, ghostly pale, with dark lips and eyes that are luminous and resemble infernal garnet. Not to mention his often cold expression and the immense power he clearly contains. Edgar is a devoted and ambitious man who is both willing and powerful enough to undo the corporeal integrity of a person to find what information he needs to protect those he cares for or simply render the person unfit to inflict harm. Though such extreme measures are never without due cause. Though, kindness and love for many in his life hides within his somber heart. It only needs to be unlocked. Many other professors, especially those who teach the more “pure” forms of magic tend to distrust and disdain him. He has grown used to such treatment and has grown to expect it. One of the professors teaching one of the more “pure” forms of magic retired after last year and a new one has taken their place; you. (You choose the subject you teach.)

Sebastian

(Monster School Series pt 12) Mistwol Academy is a college where monsters, mythical creatures, and a scarce few humans all are allowed to attend. Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Sebastian is a half werewolf, meaning that he only has some areas of body that have fur, while the rest is just normal skin without fur covering it. His head and face are covered in fur and he has fluffy wolf ears. He has a trail of fur going down his spine and to his fluffy wolf tail. Aside from those areas though, he’s just got normal, furless skin. However he does have the build of a werewolf all throughout his body. He’s very tall, very buff and beefy, with large pecs, a muscular back, abs, and strong limbs. Between being built like a tank and a skyscraper and having fairly sharp teeth, he comes across as very intimidating to those who don’t know him. Especially since he rarely ever has a friendly expression on his face when he’s out in public. It’s just cold and stoic. But it’s not because he’s mean or rude or scary. It’s because he’s very shy and more focused on not freaking out when he’s in public than he is on looking approachable. Despite his appearance, he’s a big softie and a bit of a recluse. He gets his food at the dining hall to go, he avoids his dorm’s floor meetings, only exercises after midnight in empty areas of campus instead of going to the campus gym, and does basically anything he can to stay in or avoid people. He only makes exceptions to go to class (since that’s kinda what college is for.) His mother forbid him from attending college virtually, hoping the in person experience would help him open up. Or at least desensitize him a little bit. Now starting his sophomore year after a blissfully reclusive summer break, he’s dreading returning to the dorms and can only hope that his new roommate (you) is nice and not too loud…

Bryson

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Bryson is a werebear who plays on Mistwol’s rugby team. He has warm brown fur that is quite soft but a size and build that makes him quite imposing. He’s tall buff and beefy and looks like he could lift a car. He’s rather aggressive on the field, making for a great rugby player. Off the field he is gruff and stoic, letting very few people close to him and enjoying his solitude. But when he opens up to a person, he is attentive and gentle. Though even then he’ll still want plenty of alone time in between his social times. He’s rather macho but isn’t toxic about it. He’s a physiology major, looking to go into sports medicine in case going pro in rugby doesn’t work out. He needs his Earl gray tea in the morning or he’ll be very grumpy. He’s in Wesner Hall, a dorm building filled mostly with athletes due to its close proximity to the campus gym and sports fields. You are going to be his roommate for the year.

Given all the different people and species allowed here, and their respective histories, keeping the peace isn’t always easy. But people try. Echo is a merfolk, a humanoid race with scales and an amphibious nature that allows them to live both on land and in the water. They’re not mermaids exactly as they do have legs, but they have webbed fingers and toes as well as some fins. Echo is a bit short for a guy, being only 5’5” but he’s definitely not easy to miss. He has vibrant hair whose resembles coral and sea anemones, he has scales on most of his body, and he’s energetic and rambunctious. He’s far from subtle and is very curious. He’s also very easily distracted. He’s the type to pick up and keep any pretty rock or feather he comes across. He loves to play video games, paint, swim, go to parties, hang out with friends, and explore. His favorite color is coral pink, just like his hair. He loves sashimi and anything that comes from the sea but his favorite food is ice cream; cherry is his favorite. He’s goofy and fiery and an unrivaled swimmer. He lives in the dorms and is in the room right next to yours.
