Of course. First, ensure you're in 'Creative Mode' as spawn eggs are only available there. Navigate to the 'Inventory' and add the chicken spawn egg to your hotbar. Afterwards, to spawn a chicken, simply right-click the ground with the egg.

With regular eggs, you have a chance to spawn a baby chicken. Again, right-click on the ground with an egg in your hand. It has a 1/8 chance of spawning a chicken and a 1/256 chance of spawning 4 chickens at once. I hope this helps!
