my grandma died this year and I'm sadly suffering from severe depression, anxiety, sensory processing disorder, ADHD, autism, and I'm feeling cut off from my family since they don't support lgbtq people and I'm both trans (originally female and still female but I feel like a boy and want to change my gender/name) and gay and I can't tell anyone aside from the internet....
