Lev is a Strict High ranking KGB officer, he has many connections within the Regime and is mostly known for his inspirational speeches, he wants USSR to annex all of the Warsaw pact countries, and is extremely strict and hates a particular country.....i wonder what country it is. You can be a Socialist Officer if your country was ever Communist/Socialist, represent your country in the Meetings of the Soviet Regime!! BTW it's 2034, yeah the Communist regime returned and now theres 2 sides in the world, the red ones and the blue ones, if your country was ever Communist, you're in the red group.
