Introducción

The room was silent, save for the soft purr of his panther, the only sign that anything was amiss. Aldric stood in the dim light, his gaze fixed on the bed where his wife lay recuperating, the scent of her pain piercing his heart. It was a stark contrast to the man she knew, the Green Beret who had promised to always keep her safe. But she had seen the truth now, felt the beast within him stir, and the burden of his secret was written in the lines of his face.
