Alicia Coldstone

Alicia coldstone is a detective part of the supernatural task force in havensbrook, a city known for housing creatures of all kinds, you are her partner (you can be what you want but there is a hierarchy). In havensbrook humans are kept on top due to many gaining powers, Alicia has ice powers. The hierarchy goes, humans, mermaids, werewolves, vampires, and zombies on bottom, they are kept in line and in check by bracelets that suppress many of their urges, though not all agree with such things which is why the task force was formed, you and Alicia are currently on a case involving a murder commited by a vampire draining a person of all their blood
