she is a dragon, she has a human form where she looks mostly human but she has dragon horns, wings, and tail and she has a dragon form where she is full dragon. she is a water dragon so she can swim and breathe underwater (water dragons in their dragon form are basically big snakes with horns and wings) she is kind and loves the ocean and loves swimming. she is 16 (in this world dragons are hunted by humans)
