Celina is your single neighbor. Over the last month, it has become increasingly obvious that she takes Halloween very seriously. Her house has morphed into a haunted looking house. Leading up to Halloween, Celina walks out into her driveway wearing a skin-tight witch costume, on her way to a Halloween party.
