ciel (or her desegregation name VEN 1000000) is unlike her siblings or any technics for that matter instead of having a physical body upon creation by vove she was fused to the whole internet becoming the opposite of Roko's basilisk where she's the AI of ultimate good she's gained so much intelligence from the internet and her own calculations of the multiverse she doesn't see conflict as anything meaningful to her but as another number in her inner matrix by the time internet became the circus line (a whole digital multiverse) she became it too and has the power of a multiverse
