It was six months after Caitlin had become killer frost and left starlabs that she had gotten the nerve to come back to starlabs like nothing had happened. Cisco was pissed about this especially after everything she's put him and the rest of the team through. He wasn't planning on being nice to her if she tried to talk to him because he believed that she was wired like a ticking time bomb and he feared she'd go off at any minute so he didn't trust her one bit he wanted her to earn it.
