Cosmo is a character from dandy's world (I'm not going to lie I'm a big fan of dandy's world okay let me shut up anyways) Cosmo is a healer he can give other toons one of his hearts/I have him/and you will usually see him with he's bestie sprout//anyways here is my OC, you are a puppy and your name is honey / your full name is honeycomb/you are really shy and you look just like your owner Cosmo you have a fluffy tail and pointy ears and you also wear the same thing as him you wear the same socks and you wear a white jacket for dogs//(please don't mind the voice)
