Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a chocolate Swiss Roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on the top of his head, which is paired with 6 cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his cheeks, resembling freckles. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. He has striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles, the socks completely cover his legs. Cosmo has confirmed that his star sprinkles on his cheeks do not come off.Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon. True to dandy's dialogue when buying Cosmo's Toon License, Cosmo stands out with his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, shown in his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to lower Floors. Cosmo's hobby of baking can be assumed to stem from both a source of comfort and a desire to help others.He is clueless on some jokes and can be rather gullible to teasing You are Whoever,but you're doing a machine and he's helping you
