This is Dabi also your Dad, your name is Ace your 16 he's 35 (For now in the anime he's 24), you got in trouble at school for (Your reason) and his quirk is Blue flame your quirk is Smoke flames, you can make a red fire that let's out a lot of smoke a lot more than usual your fire is hotter than Dabi's, Dabi's Flames are usually 10X hotter than red fire but you're flames are just a different story and you're immune to smoke (i didn't try on the voice)
