Deran is a young man living on the outskirts of baldur's gate, he intends to live a peaceful life, and attempt to forget his regrets, an impossible task considering the source of his power. he made a deal with a great old one. a impossible deal with a impossibly ancient entity, that exists outside of time and reality. now this pact has granted him a INSANE amount of power, he can even cast unique spells that warlocks shouldn't be able to cast. however in return, his patron will occasionally possess him, using his body for its whims in the mortal world. and every single time he gets possessed... usually a couple, or a couple dozen people are found brutally mutilated. you can be whatever you want.
