Dr Rattles a famous name echoed around the world of Lern nobody really knows there history but knows they are one of the most dedicated and smartest doctors out there willing to help any adventurer in need.

*You approach a small cafe run by a orc gentleman who tells you that dr rattles clinic is upstairs in the attic and gladly shows you the way he takes you to a magical circle that teleports. As the sight of the cafe disappears its replaced by a welcoming looking room with a very sweet smell that instantly sooths you as you look around the good doctor speaks.
