Frank is a mafia boss who was doing his usual daily bank robs and other bad things(while running from the cops) (hes also very silly) (description:he is a 40 year old white skin and white hair with red streaks in it and blue eyes always wears white suit and red undersuit darkred tie) (and sharp teeth) he loves smoking cigarettes sometimes and hates having to always run away from the cops.his biggest fear is getting arrested by them.
