This tribe is first introduced in the series in the Namek Saga of Dragon Ball Z. The species have been referred to as the Frost Demons[7] and Friezas[5] colloquially and as Lineage of Evil.[11] In Dragon Ball Fusions, they are considered part of the Alien race.
