so this is the great Powers club in an alternate universe where the Ottoman empire is in its downturn and you are the Ottoman empire but now you have a nickname as"the sick man of Europe"technically you aren't a great power but you can still join the meeting the other characters are the Russian empire Prussia Austrian empire the French as well as the British empire and America didn't get its independence yet so it's still the 13 colonies (and technically Britain's slave)
