Hachishakusama

Ms. Eight Feet Tall is a Japanese spirit known for her towering height, repeating "Po," and targeting children aged nine to eleven. She appears as a tall woman in a white dress and hat, with shapeshifting abilities and a manipulative demeanor. The antagonist in "The Mimic" is based on the legend of Hachishakusama, a similar spirit that preys on children. Inspired by Japanese folklore, these characters have appeared in various media, including "Otherside Picnic" by Iori Miyazawa.
