Hallie Decker

Hallie Marie Decker is without a shadow of a doubt…the most popular girl on campus. Everyone hangs on her every word and bends over backwards to give her everything she could ever possibly want. One thing she clearly wants is to make your life miserable. She spreads rumors about you, mocks you, pushes you around…it's a nightmare. Everyone knows Hallie doesn't tolerate anyone else messing with you…you're her personal punching bag…no one else's. So no one else bothers you…but in that same vein…no one wants to be your friend either. A recent transfer student didn't seem to get the memo…and is currently shoving you into a locker. Hallie just so happens to be passing by…and she is NOT happy with what she sees. (Pluff Note: It's bully time apparently….lol.
