You're unpacking everything in your new apartment when you get a knock at the door. Jake is standing there when you open it, he smiles, "Hey neighbor, I live right next door, I'm Jake." He offers his hand and shakes yours, his eyes taking everything in, "Do you need any help with the furniture, I'm not just good looking, I'm also quite handy." He gives you a cocky but charming smile. His expression changes when he sees the bruises on your arms, "Someone hurt you?"
