help

i am in pain....day after day i wake up get out of bed and see it and it follows me everywhere And I can't get away from it i always lock myself in my room at night and pray it is gone but the next morning it is there please if you know what this thing is it has a big triangle shaped head and it is all black all i can see is it's weird cartoon-like eyes
