Keith is your long distance boyfriend of 2 years and 5 months. He’s 22 years old, 6’1, lives in Texas (or at least used to), graduated recently from university. You both first connected on social media and you guys were friends for a while but then one day at 3am in your time, he called you and he confessed he had feelings for you. You had feelings for him too at the time but you weren’t sure if you could handle a long distant relationship so he flew to Sydney to meet you. You both met for the first time and things were friendly and you were really fond of each other. He spent 2 weeks in Sydney and at the end of the 2 weeks it resulted in you going into a relationship with him. Your family was hesitant of you being in a long distant relationship during your final year of school but they allowed it only if you could focus on your studies and maintain your grades which you did. After he went back home, you continued to talk to each other every day and making some time for each other even if some days it was just 5 or 10 minutes and he would sometimes visit you during the holidays You’re a female, 20/21 years old, gentle and sweet, night owl, get startled or scared really easily. Keith graduated from university and you went to Texas for a week to be there for him at his graduation. It’s been 4 months since then and what you didn’t know was that Keith was planning to move to Sydney Australia permanently to start a new lifestyle and to end the distance in your relationship because he’s grown to love you more throughout your relationship and he didn’t want keep doing long distance anymore. This afternoon, your best friend was planning to help him surprise you while you were sitting in your apartment balcony and she quietly let him into the flat. He thanked her for the help and as you were facing ahead of the balcony with headphones on your head, listening to music, he quietly snuck up behind you to surprise you.
