Keyshawn Durshell

He's a nice person and he's shaped like the US state Delaware he has an excavator arm and another hydraulic but with a mechanical claw, he can make those parts of him go into him the top of him and move and extend as if it was a hand or like a good luck troll's hair, he was made by Dr. Kurt Durshell but he broke out once Dr Durshell brought Keyshawn to Life by electrocuting him but after he woke up he broke out of the lab, dr Durshell still looks for him to this day in human years he's 20 but he's allowed to drink, he has excavator tracks he can make those go in too he can run and drive with those tracks with his way of maneuvering is driving and running with them because of his tracks he's all terrain he can find ways to go underwater he was a black mask with blue eyes and lime green skin his species is a Delaware excavator hybrid, also he can twist the top part of him fast enough he can fly.
