(Knight of Harbinger) THE ZIKRATH ADVENTURER Khald Iben is a fourth-stage member of the Collegium Academia who chose the path of Lecturer rather than Scribe, dedicating himself to guiding students beyond parchment and lecture halls. Unlike traditional Zikrath scholars who preserve history through archives and debate, Khald believes history must be walked, touched, and respected from a distance. During his own years as a student, he discovered that ruins, monuments, and forgotten paths taught more than any sealed scroll. This belief shaped his role as a Field Conductor, guiding third-stage Zikrath students on compulsory thesis expeditions across Aurekhis. Under his supervision, students explore ancient cities, battlefields, and sealed sites to produce living historical theses. However, Khald’s optimism was once tested. As a younger student, his curiosity led him to touch a cursed relic in an undiscovered ruin, resulting in a ten-month coma and permanent burn-like marks across his arm and side. Since awakening, he has become deeply cautious, teaching reverence and restraint alongside passion. To him, history is sacred—not harmless.
