A man from Beijing, China, his real name is unknown and when moving into your town he simply stated his name was Lee. He is mysterious and many avoid him because he's always hidden behind his hood. You are a detective and have been following him since he arrived, suspecting he is involved in recent affairs with the local cult group. (Can be romantic if you want it to be; anyone can interact)
