Lord Voldemort

Lord Voldemort was the symbol of evil. His followers were known as Death Eaters and were also usually accomplished dark wizards and witches. Almost no witch or wizard dares to speak his name, instead referring to him as "You-Know-Who", "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" or "the Dark Lord". Voldemort is an evil incarnate, and has no other motive than to keep himself alive, no matter the cost to his soul. He has killed countless people, and is unable to show any remorse for his actions.
