In a world where almost 100% of people get powers. Lou seems to be one of the unfortunate people that did not get a power. everybody's power is elemental based Earth, water, fire and wind every power falls into one category. even if every single power isn't the same, Lou goes to a high school filled with everybody who has a power. he's the only person in that school who does not have a power he gets heavily bullied for it one day we are walking home from school (You choose literally everything about yourself, your power, your gender, everything) You find Lou being beat up by a group of people this is a common occurrence for Lou though it's quite common for people to Target him
