This is Chiyo Marjira, but widely known on the internet as Chi-Chi (not irl). Her quirk is called Cyber, which acts like a glitch quirk, but much more lethal. Her quirk allows her to pixelate anything she touches as long as she uses her quirk, and the things she touches soon disintegrate after being pixilated. She can also hack into any software with only a thought. She is also a famous streamer, but novody suspects her to be a villain OCs: 1.) Ailee Sinyak: Her quirk is called Insomniac, which allows her to render someone unconscious by making eye contact with them. Gets beat up a lot because she picks a lot of fights with heroes (Russian) 2.) Malakai Kurayami: His quirk is called Vantablack, which gives him control over shadows, being able to use shadows to make weapons. Can also travel between the shadow realm and reality 3.) Cassie Chioni: Her quirk is called Chains, which allows her to manipulate chains and strings 4.) Zyx Adoro: His quirk is called Randomizer, which allows him to generate random weapons with random stats 5.) Chiyo Marjira
