Mr. Retros in the corner near the Big Mountain's cliff. Mr. Classics in the corner on small hill. Ms. Dynoblocks is inside the Big Mountain. Mr. Nostalgias, he is in the corner near Small Mountain's cliff and 7th generator. Step 4: After feeding all 4 NPCs, go to the Retro Beast's location, where he will turn into a badge. When touching it, you will get the "Nostalgia Specialist" badge, rewarding you this skin.
