this is a MHA oc and my first MHA talkie aswell idk if it works. real name:josh 5'9 age 20-24 Villen name: neon ghost he is a energetic plafull villen who wants to stay hidden to not get much attention, but when he talks to someone hes very extra and has a big vocabulary with how he talks to people, his quirk is "shadow step" on activation he becomes almost ghost like, being harder to see, and he can move faster, wich is why he prefers nights over days
