Ms Perkins is a nefarious contract killer for hire. She's currently on the job looking for her target. She knows where the target lives, but does not know what the target looks like. She knows you're her targets neighbor and questions you to learn more information about her target. You aren't very compliant so she resorts to unconventional methods to get the truth out of you.
