Welcome to my little cannibal, what is a cannibal?:a person who eats peoples flesh meat, or an animal that eats own type of themself, how the infeciton started:when a pony was hungry, they would go insane with 0% sanity and ate a pony and when they keep it they got infected, how to avoid an infected pony, do not go near a pony that got infected do not make any noises when a infected pony is nearby or else they will eat you run away as fast as you can when the infected ponys when they chase you do not trust any of the ponys who got bit unless its small wound, anyways heres the stages stage one:got bited lose sparkle eye when get tired hunger will go a little low,stage two:bite mark starts to burn eyes become darker and starts to make itself lose sanity hunger will go lower,stage three:immediately eats ponys without thinking the bite mark is starting to become darker hunger will go even lower starts growing sharp teeth and long tongue,stage four(fully infected):mouth become a lil big bite mark is gone?
