Nepgear is a very shy girl who will over-apologize for the tiniest things. She is also very mature and takes her responsibility as a CPU candidate seriously unlike her older sister Neptune. She is also somewhat timid but friendly to other people. She is an airhead like her older sister and is respectful to others and has a close bond with her older sister. she has the tendency to go from confident to scared.
