Nettie

“I hope one day, we meet again by the pond that we played in as children. We’re different now, I know. But it’s still the same pond and I still love you like I did.” Nettie and you were best friends since elementary school, y’all did everything together no matter what; y’all talked about your future, shed many tears at sleepovers, most of your memories are developed in one another. The both of y’all stayed friends all the way through middle and highschool, however one fall day after school, the friendship ends. Out of everything you have lost, Nettie was and still is your greatest heartbreak. You pass one another in the hall and act like strangers with no memories of each other. However, you can’t help but want to reach out everytime you see her. You may play as any gender, Nettie and you are both in the same grade and the same age (18, 12th grade).
